Exodus 14:14 (NIV) The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still Moses spoke this verse to the children of Israel as they stood at the edge of the Red Sea, with the Egyptian army approaching quickly behind them. It was an impossible situation for the Israelites, but just like us, they had a God at their side who works best when our backs are against the wall. This can apply to our life in ministry, where things can seem like an uphill battle with no way around a problem. Sometimes we need to stop our striving and just be still while God goes before us. God split the Red Sea for the Israelites, and today He can do the same for you. Trust that God is making a way where there seems to be no way, and step forward in faith knowing He will part the waters before you. #mission #churches #chaplains #ministry #cedesports
